I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil the day I was taking it in for oil change. I received my invoice but the inspection checklist wasn’t attached. I asked the Service advisor and he said he forgot to stap it in for oil change. I received my invoice but the inspection checklist wasn’t attached. I asked the Service advisor and he said he forgot to staple it, but said all was good, no issues. I had to ask for it again and he seemed annoyed that he had to go take the paperwork back to get it completed. He brought it back to me and said, “See, everything is good.” Turned out the oil filter housing and oil sensor needed to be replaced. I’m not sure how this was missed??? Very disappointing. More

I gave my vehicle for an oil change and after driving for about 7 miles, I had to Jumpstart my vehicle on my driveway and left the vehicle running in idle state for more than half hour. I observed lot of flu about 7 miles, I had to Jumpstart my vehicle on my driveway and left the vehicle running in idle state for more than half hour. I observed lot of fluid leak from the vehicle and the engine got overheated and burned the engine components. I towed the vehicle back to the dealer for repair. The vehicle is just 2 year old and has about 15500 miles. The dealer never contacted me to ask the details of what happened. Not sure what they communicated to the Chrysler but at the end the Jeep Chrysler warranty center rejected the warranty claim. No proper response from the dealer on what exactly went wrong. More
