I took my new vehicle in for a leaking rear heater core at 3500 miles after the dealership removed the trim panel to access the heater core I notice it was cracked by the technician after the repair was co at 3500 miles after the dealership removed the trim panel to access the heater core I notice it was cracked by the technician after the repair was completed. After months of waiting for a new trim panel they installed the new one I received the vehicle back with dirty hand prints all over the light gray trim and headliner. While cleaning up the rear trim and interior I noticed the trim was lacking retaining clips on the new trim panel and hold down clips on the rear sill thst they removed to install the new part fell right off due to not be screwed down. I would not go back to this dealership if they offered me free service, my vehicle comes back in worse shape then when I took It in and their staff doesn’t seem to care one way or another. More

The quote: 1500$ where Goodyear of Rochester quoted 600$. I'm out 154$ for them to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong but learn from my mistake. Took my Pacifica in for factory recall update of the stop start feature. I told the advisor the stop start was not working. The only thing I am sure was done to my car was, it was moved from the the servic start feature. I told the advisor the stop start was not working. The only thing I am sure was done to my car was, it was moved from the the service intake area to the parking lot on the other side of the building. My stop start still was not working and the "service" hadn't even checked the tire pressures. I called the intake agent who told me "it was just a computer update and testing the vehicle to see if it took wasn't part of the servicing. I could bring it back and wait around until they could look at it again.". I made an appt. and went home and googled stop start. What I learned was stop start is temperature sensitive and I was doing short run errands on a very cold winter day. I called and cancelled my appt. to take the car back. I received a text to sign in for my appointment and saw that I would have been charged $115 to have the stop start evaluated after the recall update. This was not a good experience and left me feeling that Rochester Chrysler is not a trustworthy or knowledgeable dealership. More
