Robert's is the only place I will buy a Ford vehicle from after my experiences with them. Three years ago my wife was looking to replace her Ford Escape with an Edge. She had a long list of wants for the options, and Robert's was great about finding a car that met all of her criteria. They found one in Tennessee and sent someone down to pick it up. After the sale, they took great care of her, like when she hit a block of wood and dented her rim on the way to work, they had her car towed and replaced the whole wheel in a matter of days, completely covered by our warranty. So when I started looking for a new car, I started with Robert's. I test drove a 2012 Focus there and liked it but wanted to look around. I spent 3 weeks looking at different dealer and different car manufacturers and couldn't find anything I liked as much. Of course when I went back the car I wanted was sold. So I went online and built a car on Ford's website with the exact options I would want if I were to custom order a vehicle. I took the printout to Robert's and within 24 hours they had found one and sent an employee down to pick it up. Within 72 hours I was driving my perfect car. They even walked me through the setup of my Sync and taught me how to use it. The sales staff is top notch and the service department has completely changed my mind about getting my vehicles serviced at the dealership (my mechanic has to miss me). More

I recently purchased a 2012 F150 from Roberts. This makes my 6th purchase or lease from Roberts and more specificly from Alan Van Booven. The service department at Roberts is very quick with oil changes, and easy to deal with Johnny B. and everyone in the service department are very nice to deal with. They also do a great job keeping the inside of your car from getting dirty. The Quick Lane service is great for a busy person as you do not need an appointment to get an oil change done. They also do not pressure you to purchase things that you do not need. In addition, the price for the oil change is very reasonable, and they wash your car. More

Great dealership, my family has bought cars from Roberts for years. Their service department has greatly improved with the addition of John Kennedy, Teresa Carter, and Johnny B. The recently added Quick Lan for years. Their service department has greatly improved with the addition of John Kennedy, Teresa Carter, and Johnny B. The recently added Quick Lane service on Saturday is really convenient, I like being able to get maintenance done on a Saturday without an appointment. More
