Quick, friendly and painless I went in to Roberts with a pessimistic attitude, thinking I was just chasing a pipe dream. I was met by Marcus Watson with a huge smile and a 100% op I went in to Roberts with a pessimistic attitude, thinking I was just chasing a pipe dream. I was met by Marcus Watson with a huge smile and a 100% optimistic attitude and refused to give in to my negativity on getting approved. Not only did he exceed my expectations as a salesman, but EVERYONE(especially Kevin Steiniger who was just as awesome and was actually rooting for me to get the car) exceeded my expectations of Roberts. All salesmen greeted me as if they were the ones selling me a car; happy, friendly and just down right awesome attitudes. Needless to say, they took great care of me and got me behind the wheel of the exact car I wanted; 2015 Ford Taurus Limited in less than 24 hours. (Marcus called me every time a car that fit the description of the one I wanted came in and finally, the exact one I wanted came in and he had me come down... I was sold.) Let's not forget the service team who had one of the best detailers I have ever seen (Tim Cunningham). Also, customer service manager Anna was beyond helpful as she assisted Marcus in getting me down to Roberts to see the car that I wanted to buy. Hands down the best dealership as far as attitude and friendliness goes. More

I am very fussy about getting stuff done right, and Kevin Steiniger made sure it was all done from start to finish. I recommend his good nature and easy going, no pressure, way of dealing. Our sales experience happened out of a negative necessity but he helped flip that to a positive. I also can't thank the finance office enough, Mike is an amazing and truly kind man who will go above and beyond... if people want to work this hard to make you happy, I recommend giving them your money! I wanted to also thank my Service advisor and shop tech who worked on the old car that needed to be replaced, they were amazingly patient and knew their stuff. I recommend this dealership highly... they take the time and patiently work with you in every way, from service to sales. Don't be afraid to call them, I'm glad I did! More
I purchased a 2014 mustang. After it was cleaned up, but before we signed the final paperwork, my husband notice flaws in the paint and asked if the car was damaged. He was assured by the salesman that it was a new car. Later we noticed more flaws we did some investigation. Turns out the car was damaged and repaired by Freer. When we complained to John he said he knew it was damaged, but the salesmen aren't aware of damaged cars. He said "its the same as factory paint, these cars aren't made like they used to be." They sent the car to be repainted. Three months later the paint is cracking and now they want their "paint specialist " to look at it. So I bought a new piece of junk. I was lied to and they will not rectify the situation. Stay far far away. More

Every time I take my vehicle into Roberts Motors everyone is very friendly. The service department always does a great job and the wait is never very long. My 19 year old son was trying to be an adult and buy his own truck. He took a chevy truck that should have been worth 6500-7000 and they gave him 4000. Jason fast talked a 12/12000 that only pays 15% p/l and smiled the whole way through. Over the past 6 years I've bought 4 autos and everytime Roberts Motors has been 1500-3000 higher then other dealers in the area.... STAY FAR AWAY.... More
I ordered a Performance Blue 2013 Focus ST3 from Curtis at Roberts Motors. My car was built on Oct. 17th and i was driving my new car on Oct. 23rd. Most ST buyers have and still are waiting about a month o at Roberts Motors. My car was built on Oct. 17th and i was driving my new car on Oct. 23rd. Most ST buyers have and still are waiting about a month or longer from build date, i was amazed to be in my car in less than a week after it was built. I had a few delivery requests and they were very accommodating. If your looking for a new focus, you should check out the ST. I have had the car a month now and this car is amazing. I had Roberts put my all season tires on. Despite an issue with them damaging one of the tires i brought in, their service department was nice. Teresa was very helpful. I plan on having them service my vehicle until the warranty wears out at least. Based on past and current experiences, I have found Roberts Motors to be the most customer friendly car dealer and service facility that I have used over the last 40 years. They especially go out of their way to get my service scheduled as soon as possible, and they provide some of the fastest service I have ever seen compared to multiple other Ford, Chrysler and GM dealers. Additionally, they have done exceptional work to find the exact vehicle I want to purchase when I have been in the market for a new car or truck. I highly recommend Roberts Motors for purchasing a new car or truck, and for ongoing vehicle service; with their friendly attitude they always treat you like you're the most important customer they have. More
