I would absolutely avoid Roberts Ford for any auto services. They will waste hours of your time making mistake after mistake having you drive to and from the dealership telling you that they have the services. They will waste hours of your time making mistake after mistake having you drive to and from the dealership telling you that they have the tires you requested and to get there as soon as possible, only to drive all the way there and wait a half hour in the lobby and be told that they in fact don’t have them. Then they will try to sell you a cheaper version. When you refuse, you then have to wait for them to order them and make an appointment for another day and waste your time and gas driving back home. Then they will offer valet services that sent not one, but two confirmation texts (one of which was sent at 6:32AM!) that they would be there to pick up your car at 8:30am and you sit there waiting for an HOUR for anyone to show up! Then when you complain that they wasted another hour of your time they will make excuses that people were running late, then the excuse was that it wasn’t their fault and that it was a third party system problem, THEN they will act like YOU should have known that they would be an hour late because your service appointment was at ten even though you have TWO time stamped confirmation messages stating that valet pickup was at 8:30AM! Now wasting two hours of your time total and the compensation they offered me for their terrible service and my time was to replace my lug nuts for “free” and a rebate that was already offered to everyone getting new tires anyway, so nothing extra and they had the audacity to recommend I choose the rebate points for a future service. No thank you! I will never be using Roberts Ford for future services and the customer service and compensation to make this right was an absolute joke! I spoke to one service manger that said he would call me back to discuss making this right and the coward never called me back and instead had the service mechanic call me. So that tells me even the mangers there are an absolute joke and take no responsibility for their customer care, quality of services provided, or how poorly this reflects on their company. From the mechanics, to the valet, to the managers this place is an absolute JOKE! More
Purchased a truck from Devin Williams and could not have went better. Usually I hate dealing with salesman just due to their pushy nature to close the deal. Absolutely none of that from Devin. I stopped by to check out a truck the next evening Devin had my wife and I driving away in about 45 minutes. If you have little ones you know how great this is. There was one slight issue with the vehicle I was looking at and Devin had this being worked on before I left the first evening. Not even knowing if I would purchase the vehicle or not he was already making it right for me or the next customer. Never once felt pressured by Devin to complete the sale. He answered every question I had and communication was very prompt. Nothing but good things to say about Devin and Robert's Ford. More

Repair of over $800. To fix my escape of a sensor oil change & new battery same problem continues but if to take back in I'm sure I'll have to pay again. After what daughter & son in law went through with their new Ford keeping it for over 3-4 months for repairs & guessing game only to blame them for the issue & disrespect from owner in showroom in front of everyone should of known not to go back. Grant It after throwing my hard earned money away I'll find someone who knows what they are doing & go elsewhere to buy my next Ford. More
