As always the service at Robert’s Ford was well done. QuickLane is an easy in-easy out service for getting an oil change and “The Works.” I was surprised this time as they indicated on the service report QuickLane is an easy in-easy out service for getting an oil change and “The Works.” I was surprised this time as they indicated on the service report I needed a new air filter. Always in the past the service manager would come in and ask me if I wanted to add that service to the day’s work. They did not do this at this visit, requiring me return again for this or go but my own. This oversight/reduction in service is one of the first negatives I have ever experienced at Robert’s Ford. Recently took our 2013 Escape in for oil change and to look at brakes. Oil change was completed in a timely manner and we were told that the brakes were still good and would not require replacement at thi look at brakes.
