When my truck needed service I tried Roberts Motors because I heard their service was great. The first person I dealt with was Rachel to get my information & documented why I was there for service. After the work was completed in a timely fashion & correctly by technicians Drew & Ryan, I had the chance to speak with the service manager Jack who answered a couple questions I had, was very professional, easy to talk to & genuinely cared about my satisfaction. I made a purchase from the parts department & dealt with Terry then Pam the cashier who were both great to deal with also. More

Recently took our 2013 Escape in for oil change and to look at brakes. Oil change was completed in a timely manner and we were told that the brakes were still good and would not require replacement at thi look at brakes. I have had my vehicle serviced for 7 years now only at Roberts. All though I love the quality of service, I feel the service team was a little more friendly and make you they are thankful for our busines Roberts. During their check they noted the horn didn't work, but no one told me and it wasn't fixed or even asked if I wanted it fixed. I had also asked for tires to be rotated but they weren't. The lady where you pay is ALWAYS ALWAYS friendly. Just feel in the last few years businesses have forgotten what true QUALITY service is. Love the new service hours!!! More

I have my Ford Escape serviced here and everyone is helpful and explanatory. They have a great deal for getting an oil change and tire rotation. You can wait there or drop it off and get it later. It takes about an hour so I just wait in one of their waiting rooms. It's affordable to have it done there and a pleasant experience. The owner and family really seems to care what you think of them and their service as John has reached out to me via email to ask. They want to do a good job and want your business. More
