I have had my vehicle serviced for 7 years now only at Roberts. All though I love the quality of service, I feel the service team was a little more friendly and make you they are thankful for our busines Roberts. During their check they noted the horn didn't work, but no one told me and it wasn't fixed or even asked if I wanted it fixed. I had also asked for tires to be rotated but they weren't. The lady where you pay is ALWAYS ALWAYS friendly. Just feel in the last few years businesses have forgotten what true QUALITY service is. Love the new service hours!!! More
