Was very impressed with Tim’s knowled of the vehicle and the time he spent explaining the trucks functions and options available. I’m sure he’s had comments from other customers but I’m impressed with his the time he spent explaining the trucks functions and options available. Tire sensor said we had low pressure, which Union checking, we did. After Reiflating, it seem low the next day. With an out of town trip looming we needed it checked and fixed immediately. Went in wi checking, we did. After Reiflating, it seem low the next day. With an out of town trip looming we needed it checked and fixed immediately. Went in without an appointment. Was told it would be 2 hours before they could work it in. In 85 minutes they came in, had checked and not found anything. 5 days later and the trip behind us, all seems well with the tire. They could have told me it was patched, or I needed a new tire, etc. instead: no charge. Thanks, Roberts Ford!! More
I waited three hours to get a tire fixed and then it went flat that night and I had to wait 2.5 hours the next day to get a new tire-and the young technician was more interested in eating pizza than checking flat that night and I had to wait 2.5 hours the next day to get a new tire-and the young technician was more interested in eating pizza than checking the tire for a hole and until I got the top manager involved, the staff was nonchalant-and every woman in the waiting room lamented how much the quality of service had deteriorated in the last 18 months-and 2people had horror stories about the same tech who had done a lousy job with my car! More
