They did the oil change as requested, We have had an ongoing problem with the escape since we bought it 2 years ago After the car has been sitting when you back up the brakes squeal whether they are wet ongoing problem with the escape since we bought it 2 years ago After the car has been sitting when you back up the brakes squeal whether they are wet or not. It has done this since the day we bought it. We have mentioned it several times when serviced and the last time we were in last week they told us it was a problem with the escape. I've had a lot of cars with disc brakes and none have ever done this on a cosistent basis like this. Very disappointed in Roberts Ford. More
My service here was not satisfactory and not in a timely manner like Roberts Ford claims. My truck, a 2020 f150 that I purchased brand new and currently has 53,000 miles, is my second f150, and I’ve alwa manner like Roberts Ford claims. My truck, a 2020 f150 that I purchased brand new and currently has 53,000 miles, is my second f150, and I’ve always been a ford guy as my family has for many years. Furthermore, my truck has been at Roberts ford service center for two and half weeks, and will hopefully be repaired correctly next week, three weeks total. My truck was running rough again so I called my closest ford dealer, Robert’s Ford, to make an appointment. After one week of my truck being at Robert’s I was told that they couldn’t exactly pinpoint the problem. Later that week I called back and was told the cam phaser sensors were out again for the second time within six months, with them replacing them last time. At this point the advisor told me it would be repaired by the following Monday, two weeks in. Frustrated, I waited till then for it to be repaired. Upon, arriving at the dealer my service advisor was unable to explain why they made the repairs they did. And I was told it was repaired, but that was not the case. I drove down the road ,and it was obvious that they didn’t take the time to verify repair or test drive my truck, and felt as if they rushed it out the door. Meanwhile, when I was driving shortly down the road it idled rough, and stalled, and engine light returned immediately. My life could’ve been put in danger as my truck was stalling on a very busy road with lots of vehicular traffic. Who knows what could’ve happened! Luckily I was able to get turned around and returned my truck to Roberts. The next day they called and told me a defective part was the issue. I understand parts can be defective, but why didn’t they test drive? Furthermore, they preceded to tell me that my truck wouldn’t be repaired till one week later bc the tech working on my truck was not available. They are already two weeks with my truck and hopefully it will be repaired next week three weeks in!! I have made multiple phone calls to Roberts only to be told that “They can’t control this”. And, also “Parts go bad”. This is ridiculous not of timely manner. I’m beginning to question the complacency of Robert’s technicians, the repair center, and Ford Motor Company as a whole. From my research, the cam phaser issue is a common issue with my engine the 5.0 cylinder coyote motor. Why hasn’t Ford addressed this issue? I know all make and models these days have some kind of issues, ,but I feel as the cam phaser problem is an issue that Ford needs to address immediately! To honor their current customers and also future if that is there goal? I’ve always felt that ford has been a smart choice, reliable, and durable. But, I don’t believe this is the case any longer. Therefore, my truck needs will be shopping elsewhere. Furthermore, if my f150 was not under warranty I would not take my truck here, and I will never return to Roberts Ford! Save your time and money and go elsewhere. More

My car broke down on the road and had to be towed to Robert’s Ford. It was two days before new years. I knew it would be a tough timeline for them to work me in and find parts. My Service Manager warned Robert’s Ford. It was two days before new years. I knew it would be a tough timeline for them to work me in and find parts. My Service Manager warned me they would just try to work me in when they could. Well, surprise! The next morning … New Years Eve … he called me to tell me that, while serious, it was not a hard fix and they were looking for parts. He did think, with the holiday and then the weekend, it could take up to six days to complete. Imagine my surprise when they called mid-morning Jan 2 to say my car was ready for pickup! Bravo to the parts dept for finding everything needed (and the drivers who got them to our local guys!), thanks to the service techs for the quick diagnosis and then repair the car. They did not have to get the repair finished this quickly when it had been predicted for four days later. Getting it back to me so quickly just shows the care and concern they have given me for 25+ years and why I keep going back to Robert’s Ford Service Department. More

Dealing with Roberts Motors was a pure delight. The price of the vehicle was amazing (flew up from Texas it was so good)! All staff members were friendly, competent, & made me feel right at home. It was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had both commercial and private. They've been great with satisfaction and service followup communications as well. I'd fly up to do it again.
