Found a 2008 Dodge Caravan online. Called about it before I drove 2 1/2 hours to Cartersville to take a look. They said it was in excellent condition to be 4 years old, 1 owner vehicle. I test drove the vehicle and decided that I would take it. I did not look the vehicle over as thoroughly as I should have because it was pouring down rain. I did notice that there was one piece of what appeared to be dog hair on the gear shift. The salesman said that he would have it recleaned and I would be back the next day to pick it up. Drove back to Cartersville to deliver the check and pick up the van. (It was still raining) The dog hair that I saw previously was gone so I thought nothing else of it. When I got home and out of the rain, i began to look the car over and proceeded to remove a 1 gallon Ziploc bag of dog hair from this vehicle. It was disgusting. We also had to replace the brakes within 1 month and just recently learned that the van needed a new computer. I believe the dealer knew this about the computer because they "reset" it in December, 1 month before i purchased it. I tried multiple times to contact the dealership via email, regular mail and phone calls with NO response from them whatsoever!!! Needless to say, I have cut my losses and traded this Dodge Caravan in, after owning it for only 4 months. The price was great, but remember, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I found a vehicle on their website that i was interested in so i emailed them to get a quote. I recieved a quote the next morning for 15975 which was right in my price range so i requested a test drive for in so i emailed them to get a quote. The next day i show up at 530 in the afternoon to which i was told that the truck was still not delivered but would be there later that night. So i aranged to look at the truck the next afternoon. I arrived at the same time to see the truck being taken off the truck with a flat tire. Their auto mechanics had left for the day so they couldnt change the tire.... so again i was put off til the next day ehich i had school so i had my mother and father in law come by to look at the truck on there time our 3rd visit to which they were told that the truck still wasnt ready. Finally on the 4th visit they had the truck ready and i loves it... went to by the truck and he told me the price which he claimed it to 19000 then i showed him the email which they dinied having sent me amd told me to go look for a truck elsewhere More

I was skeptical about visiting Chuck Clancy however, they had a vehicle I was interested in, so I made the leap of faith and stopped by. Fortunately, I was given the pleasure of speaking with Tim White. He w had a vehicle I was interested in, so I made the leap of faith and stopped by. All of which I did not expect from an employee of a dealership with such an awful and unspeakable reputation. If anyone is ever skeptical like I was, at least take the leap of faith and give Tim white the opportunity to sell you a vehicle, Im glad I did. I saw the truck on line. it looked really great. I called the dealership and asked about it, the man steve reassured me that the truck was in super mint condition for a pre owned. Please dont make me come there for nothing. We get to the dealership. My husband notices that the car was in a accident, you can tell by the back light being out and also it has a crease dent. We ask for the carfax report which shows there was a issue with the truck. a alignment, etc.. was done. NOW my husband is very upset to ride one hour to find this out. We proceed inside to speak with the dealers of the car dealership. When my husband tells them that the truck was in a accident. The owner thows up his hands and tells my husband to GET OUT< My husband says I just want to show you where it was hit. They did not want to hear it. Which means they already KNOW about the hit. Then the fat xxx daughter comes out and says words to us. First of all the customer is always right. Second of all, just because you are now caught, try to handle yourself professional. You are running a business. Third, to tell us to get out after we drove one hour and they basically lied about the car. Very unprofessional business people here. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GO. JSUT THE FACT THAT THEY WERE SO RUDE AND SNEAKY AND UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE WHOLE THING. I WOULD NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER DEALERSHIPS TO TRY, STAY CLEAR OF CARTERSVILLE, CHUCK CLANCEY AUTO ANYTHING. It was the most disappointing experience. We did end up buying a brand new truck from Billy Howell Ford. They are the nicest people and ask for Bruce. They are located in cumming. Do not go to this chuck clancey dealership. dishonest and to run a business like this they will not go far with their dealership or thier customer service. The owners were so unprofessional to say get out. I had a check in my pocket to purchase a vehicle. they were mad they got caught on thier pre owned wreck that no one wants to buy. that is why the daughter is driving it around. it is on craigs and auto trader, etc.. no one wants it. and to try to hustle me was not very nice. STAY CLEAR ALL YOU HONEST PEOPLE OUT THERE JUST TRYING TO GET A TRUCK OR CAR. More
