Avoid Service Department my fiancee took her truck there for a oil change package which she had bought , had the oil changed and tired rotated, also had them check for a poss my fiancee took her truck there for a oil change package which she had bought , had the oil changed and tired rotated, also had them check for a possible noise or problem with truck, they found that a front u joint was bad so she had them to replace it, she got there about 9:30 was there all day just about , really all day ? On driving home the truck had a vibration which she didn't have before she tried calling the service department back went to voice mail. At 10 - 15 miles a hour vibration or wobble felt all through the truck was bad enough not to drive. I crawled up under the truck looked at the u joint was not installed correctly. the retaining pin on one side was not in the indents on the yoke were it was supposed to be, We took pictures of the part and sent to another mechanic and was advised not to drive the truck. I removed the u joint and the retaining pin just popped out, it was never locked in and the u joint was binding in the yoke , I removed the part and replaced in 3 hours time. we test drove the truck and no wobble or vibration. I wouldn't take my vehicle there to be worked on after this experience More

After going to the service dept for months on months after being laughed at and told nothing was wrong I took it to another CDJR in Rome and amazingly most my issues at that time were found. recently had the choice to purchase from them again and I said xxxx NO. They said I had lifetime maintenance with the car..That was a lie I was told 30 miles a gallon.. That was a lie.. I get 14 The entire experience was horrible and I never want to deal with them again. I spoke with Robert himself and he said he would have my car fixed as it should be and I never even herd from him again. More

There were some bumps along the road but that is to be expected from someone who's also been in the business. But Regan and even the owner Robert Loehr were involved with our deal. We took everything in stride and will recommend this dealer and salesman to anyone looking to purchase a new Jeep. More
I was gonna have to drive 400 miles to get to this dealership and pick up a new car I was interested in. I already had financing set up and a trade-in they knew I needed $5000 for. They had contacted dealership and pick up a new car I was interested in. I already had financing set up and a trade-in they knew I needed $5000 for. They had contacted my lender and structured the loan to agree to everything. Jordan assured me that all this was all no problem. I sent them everything they requested of me. I called my lender who said it was down to them overnighting all the paperwork to return an overnight check to them for the vehicle I was interested in. I spent 2-3 weeks making all this happen and the deal was basically done. Then, a salesman named Mark calls me and tells me that they don't want to give me $5000 for my trade-in like they had already structured my deal for and told me would be no problem. Mark suddenly calls me and tells me that they only want to give me half that, $2500, for my trade-in. So the whole deal I spent 2-3 weeks on was down the drain because of their sudden renig on the trade-in value that they wanted to cut in half. I called my lender who told me they were trying to be greedy and strong arm me for more money, and that this whole deal just got shady. The salesman Jordan got rude and hung up on me on the phone twice. I contacted the dealership manager (Josh Abernathy) to find out what was going on. He blew me off and did nothing about my situation. They blew a New Car Sale and blew off a customer because they changed what was already agreed on from the beginning. I lost 2-3 weeks of my time and soo many pre-requisites that I went out of my way to make happen just to be greedy. ALL THE PEOPLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP ARE RUDE, AND DISHONEST, AND WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN. YOU CAN HAVE A DEAL WRAPPED UP AND DONE AND THEY'LL SCREW YOU OVER AT THE LAST MINUTE RIGHT WHEN YOU THINK ALL IS GOOD. DO NOT EVER VISIT OR BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! I'M SURE YOU CAN FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AT A MUCH BETTER DEALERSHIP WHERE THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, POLITE, AND WILLING TO DO THEIR JOBS AND BE HELPFUL WITH GETTING YOU INTO THE CAR THAT YOU WANT. I got my brakes changes at a Midas shop so went to the dealership for an oil change and asked if they could tell me if anything was wrong with the car. Oil was changed, inspection sheet stated everything was great. Drove around....3500 miles later went to a different Chrysler dealership because out of town. Got the oil changed and showed me the brake line was twisted 360 degrees and the brake camber was place on so when you turn the car the break line is then stretch. If it would have broke then that would have been really BAD and Life Threatening! Do not take your car here or buy at this place. They don't seem to care about you or your CAR! More
Spent 5 hours at this dealership with a bank voucher to purchase a new vehicle. Salesman, Tim White was friendly and willing to make a sale. Had hiccup with my bank on their end due to Josh Abernathy wanting to do things his way only. i contacted my bank and gathered all the information needed, even a direct point of contact for the dealership to contact. Josh Abernathy made a comment, " I have been doing this 100 years and the bank doesnt just fix it." That comment was made after I had spent an hour on the phone with the bank to resolve any issue. I was assured by my bank that the funding was approved and Josh Abernathy needed to contact them in order to close the sale. I left very disappointed at the lack of service from a "sales manager". I looked elsewhere to find the same vehicle and prior to visiting another dealer, I contacted Tim White to let him know that I had found the same vehicle with more features at a lower price. He responded by saying, "thats what they will say online until you get there and then its different". I went to the other dealership and purchased my vehicle for $4000 less than Clancy Dodge and also got financing at a better rate because they put in the work and treated me with respect, not to mention it only took about 1 hour of my time!
