My wife and I purchased a car from this group a few days ago. When driving home my wife noticed the horn didn’t work. Something that we felt should’ve been identified during inspection. Especially the lengt ago. When driving home my wife noticed the horn didn’t work. Something that we felt should’ve been identified during inspection. Especially the length of time this car sat on their lot! I call leave multiple messages with sales person, sales manager, finance dept and service. I waited a few days for a call back an I decided to call the service dept back. $500 and they wanted me to pay half (service manager by way of Morgan) the horns were rusted I checked. Liddel (sales) told me to bring it in 1.5 hours away without an appointment. They’re not going to kill my entire day. The car didn’t have emissions. We had to take it for emissions and from the paperwork the engine oil was changed 300 miles ago during their initial inspection. Oil light came on last night! See pic below. Honest dealerships are almost impossible to come by these days. Everyone was super nice the day of the purchase but definitely treated us as step children after leaving. Not sure if I would ever return to this dealership. I pray for the absolute best for each end every one of you guys who were responsible for the sale of my wife’s car. I’ll be purchasing the horns and changing my oil this weekend. Feels strange working on a car that we just purchased! More

They kept it for 2 weeks and said it was the key fab or wireless ignition module. We decided to replace the key fab and that did not fix the problem. We were told that the Winn unit was approximately $800 to have replaced. My son had his replaced approximately 1 month ago and it cost him around $850. Now they want to charge me $1250 to just replace the Winn unit with NO keys. How can a price jump that much in 1 months time. 🤔 We have recommended all of our friends to this dealership to purchase cars. The sales team is great. BUTT the service department is lacking. More
Great dealership, straight forward and honest. Tim White did a terrific job with the Ram truck buying process. I would highly recommend Tim and the dealership if your looking for a truck. Service department is a joke. .. 180 dollars spent just to be lied to. Do not support Roberts bald headed wealth. That wealth only fuels the angry service managers obesity. .. 180 dollars spent just to be lied to. Do not support Roberts bald headed wealth. I purchased my car new 8 years ago new…service was great while I was under warranty; I continued using the service department after my warranty expired, the guys were great! However in the past year…servic while I was under warranty; I continued using the service department after my warranty expired, the guys were great! However in the past year…service has slipped and resulted in me being concerned for my safety. My expectation over the years were that problems identified during a service would be brought to my attention& we would correct them or schedule another service. My last service..I had a tire rotation completed…upon leaving I felt a shake in the tires & immediately returned. I was then told I had 2 bad tires & bad shocks…(Note: all four tires were handled during rotation. That I paid for) I requested a quote 4 times for these repairs…the response was I’ll get it right to you… I had my car serviced today for the first time ever by another company… This was not my first bad experience; but the last straw…Just be cautious when doing general service…safety items might be overlooked More
So it happened again. We found ourselves in a situation no vehicle owner ever wants to, in need of a complete engine swap. I can say that Todd Simmons took the time to walk us through our options both cost no vehicle owner ever wants to, in need of a complete engine swap. I can say that Todd Simmons took the time to walk us through our options both cost wise and investment wise. Once we made the decision to move forward with getting a new motor he got us in and out of there on time and budget. I can't say thanks enough for making a tough situation a pleasant one. Oh and she is purring like a kitten. More
