Have been a customer of Robert Brogden’s service department for 7 years. During my last service appointment for a transmission issue the service team canceled my confirmed appointment and I had to g department for 7 years. During my last service appointment for a transmission issue the service team canceled my confirmed appointment and I had to go to the dealership in person to obtain an appointment. Did not receive follow up communication until after making multiple inquiring calls a week later. When I went to retrieve my vehicle the service department could not locate the vehicle or the keys on the lot. I located the vehicle on the lot and they were eventually able to locate the keys. When I paid for the diagnosis and asked for a print out of the technicians notes they would not print them off because I was not going to have the repairs performed at that time. More

Our salesman Jimmy carpenter was amazing. He worked hard, with a reminder about our second key fob that we didn’t receive when we bought the car. We are victims of consumer fraud by deceptive business practices. We have made repeated attempts for resolution and have had nothing but excuses and in some instances no response from individuals. My windshield was broken after picking up car. Called to discuss and was treated what I would describe as badly. Not interested in even finding out details - went straight to “we didn’t do it.” Wa Called to discuss and was treated what I would describe as badly. I bought my car from Brogden and had just spend over $4k in repairs just to be treated this way. Not a happy customer. More
