Appt was at 11 for my husbands truck. He Left the car went back at 2:30 they haven’t even started on it. He was there over and hour waiting with nobody telling him anything. He asked and He Left the car went back at 2:30 they haven’t even started on it. He was there over and hour waiting with nobody telling him anything. He asked and they said it was being worked on (lie). He saw them after a hour pull his truck in the bay to work on it. Totally ridiculous. Not sure what you pay people for but it’s obviously not to be on time. Or even close. It’s super disrespectful and rude to the customer. Your customer service/admin has gone totally down hill since you got ride of all the females. More
