You have succeeded not only in discouraging me from servicing my car again at Brogden, but from buying another car from your dealership. Simply stated, "SVC ADMIN FEE," "SHOP SUPPLIES" (on top of a $1 servicing my car again at Brogden, but from buying another car from your dealership. Simply stated, "SVC ADMIN FEE," "SHOP SUPPLIES" (on top of a $115 4-quart oil change/tire rotation), attempt to sell cabin air filter ($160, what!?) prior to GM/Buick recommended service interval, and to sell tires at a ridiculous price with no tread measurements on the work sheet. Not really Ms. Raby's fault. It's obviously the dealership's pressure and work environment. You must make enough scamming other customers to compensate for the ones you lose. Interesting business model. Bye. GM will be hearing about my experience. More

Alyssa Raby went above and beyond to help us with a lung nut issue. The issue started at about 2 pm and by 3:30 pm, due to her persistence, to help fix the issue was corrected.
