The staff and facility were fine. Just frustrating to pay $100 for a diagnostic test that did not show what is draining the battery. I appreciated being told some options. Still no vac & wash after service like I get for my car at Acura. I do oil changes at GMC in Springfield to get at least a vac. But thanks for the snacks and water. More
My vehicle was in bad shape and should not have been driven so not to cause further damage. David ordered repair parts and never called me to get it in for the repairs.
