We bought our $60,000 Buick on July 26. It was a 2023 Demo Enclave. It had some scratches on the rear bumper that the salesman, Kaleb Prewett said will be repaired. Kaleb and I went back and forth about when our car would be ready since July 26. I think Kaleb didn’t get the communication he needed to relay to me about what was involved in repairing our car. On Tuesday, August 13 the car was delivered by Logan, he drove our loaner back but the body shop failed to finish a paint repair on the front. It appeared to have been buffed out but not primed or painted. Plus we were supposed to receive 2 key/fobs but got only 1. This transaction has been very frustrating… More

I had an issue with a brand new 2024 Acadia Denali. When driving 35 or 40 mph, the steering would pull to the left. They continued to research the issue and found that the problem was something to do when it was manufactured. It didn’t take long to make the correction. Great work guys.
