The sales team was amazing. The sales person (Mr. Cooper) was friendly and he had a super "no pressure" approach. The only negative experience was the financing person. He kept saying he was the only person was friendly and he had a super "no pressure" approach. The only negative experience was the financing person. He kept saying he was the only person on staff and that he had lots of work to do. BMW called us and told us to come by at 3pm. The car was ready, but the finance guy was backed up. We waited over 2 hours for him and finally the sale person took over and helped process the finance information. BTW - Roadshow BMW has been the best and my wife loves the service on our other BMW (X3). We are sure we will get the same level of excellence with our new 330E. More
