Kenny Ross Review I was very happy with my sales experience at Kenny Ross with Kim. I also looked at a Ford 150 as well as the Silverado. Although I was not ready to I was very happy with my sales experience at Kenny Ross with Kim. I also looked at a Ford 150 as well as the Silverado. Although I was not ready to buy, it will be the Silverado when I do. And it will be at KR Chevy. Kim was very knowledgeable and I never felt as though I was being pressured. Because of the recall I was not sure of purchasing another GM vehicle. Kim went over the recall with me put an end to all of my concerns and advised I may experience the same issue with recalls from competitors. Kim knew that I was not sure of purchasing at this time and she still treated me so wonderful. I test drove a beautiful black Buick regal :) She went over every aspect of the car with me from front to back. She reviewed the warranty, extra warranty I could purchase and the service that was included. She reviewed the Carfax report with me I asked to see and we reviewed the numbers and she wrote out all cost that may be associated with this purchase. I was so pleasantly surprised by her education and professionalism. Buying a car can be so stressful and I never felt stress. I love Kenny Ross in North Huntingdon, PA both sales and service are amazing. I will remain a customer and return to see Kim when I know the time is right for me to purchase. More

My family have purchased around 7 vehicles from Kenny Ross over the years. I have always used the same sales rep, Chuck Durbiano. He is efficient, quick, not forceful and honest. Chuck has always provided what I feel is the best deal I could have received. His knowledge about the products and comparisons are outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone. In January I purchased a new Chevy Silverado High Country. A true dream vehicle for my family and I. After a couple days, I noticed that the heaters in the seats were not heating the seat, just the back rest area. I made an appointment with my Team member, Phil (Gold Team) and was greeted, asked a full list of issues was provided a loaner vehicle and was kept informed about the entire process. It took several trips to get things working properly, but this was not due to the lack of knowledge or experience from Phil and his team. The heats continued to short out. Each time my vehicle was returned to me, it was fully cleaned inside and out. In the end, my seats are warm and comfortable. Great work guys! From walking through the door, great atmosphere, snacks during service, quick efficient sales, clean and spotless areas, Kenny Ross is the standard by which all dealerships should look to achieve. I recently purchased a brand new 2013 Chevy Silverado and paid cash. As I am a plumber by trade and am depending on this truck to operate my business I had a cap added to seal the deal and requested three s paid cash. As I am a plumber by trade and am depending on this truck to operate my business I had a cap added to seal the deal and requested three simple things (color match, specific height and plumbers package) which was agreed upon in my sales contract. I had to pay an additional $300 to get these specific items and was told it would take three weeks but did not mind to get what was needed to operate my business. I was called a week ago by the cap company to schedule a date to have the cap installed only to find out that the three specific items that I requested and paid extra for where all incorrect after waiting and already being inconvenienced for three weeks. Kenny Ross is blaming the cap company and the cap company is blaming Kenny Ross. No one wants to claim responsibility or return my numerous phone calls. Now that Kenny Ross received my money they don't care about customer satisfaction at all. I've first contacted my sales person who then tells me she needs to speak to her Sales Manager who never seems to be available when she tries to get answers from him so I contacted the Sales Manager who then tells me not to worry the cap wasn't paid for yet and he will deal with another company instead and then a day later tells me the cap was paid for (someone needs to get their lies straight). I need to continuously contact them and initiate any and all calls for the status of this simple issue. It is now another week in addition to waiting a couple weeks for the cap and there is still no resolution to the issue. I've contacted the owner now and conveniently had my call filtered through his secretary and am told again today someone will get back to me ... I am still waiting and again (it's 7PM) and no return phone calls. It is now costing me time and money as anyone in my position can understand my anger ... I am sure that the owner Jim Ross himself would not appreciate if he was losing money everyday as I am ... and that there are plenty of other dealerships out there who would appreciate my business more and also appreciate doing business with a cash paying customer who would be a returning customer if their business was even appreciated. I am going to look into matters of returning this truck back to the dealership and also feel that I should be refunded not only the money for the truck but also for what it has now cost me for my time and inconvenience. Think twice before purchasing anything from this dealership!!! They will not appreciate your business regardless ... you are just a profit number on their accounting spreadsheets. Their internal communication is horrific as well as their communication with their customers. More
HURRAY FOR KENNY ROSS. I am sorry that we had to go to the extreme to have my vehicle repaired properly. But kudos to Kenny Ross for rectifying my situation. I was treated with extreme friendliness and my vehicle was repaired to my expectation. I deeply appreciate the fact that they took that extra step and found the correct part needed for my older vehicle. It paid off for both of us. I couldn't be happier than I am at this moment. I just picked my car up and had a smile from ear to ear. I knew that part was available somewhere and you guys found it again. KUDOS TO YOU. Words can not explain how elated I am at this moment. So again thank you so much Gary and who ever else was involved in rectifying this situation. To all the people involved in solving my situation lunch is on Kenny Ross. so I was having a lot of problems with my 2012 Chevy cruze that lance Hartman sold me last October I came in about 2 weeks ago lance ran the deal on a brand new 2013 Chevy cruze ltz he told me 450 a mon cruze that lance Hartman sold me last October I came in about 2 weeks ago lance ran the deal on a brand new 2013 Chevy cruze ltz he told me 450 a month for a payment and then every time after that he kept bumping up the payment in the end he said 553 or somewhere around their he said he was giving me the best deal possible I couldn't do that so I left with my 2012 Chevy cruze I had more issues with it so I brought it in Monday September 30 2013 I talked with service manager Andy he said he would do whatever he could to take care of me so he got me in contact with the gm. of kennyross rich Simon rich did not bs me at all he gave me the best deal possible he and Brady lejohn got me out of the 2012 Chevy cruze and in to a 2013 Chevy cruze lt2 they apologized for not having the ltz anymore I was kind of upset but I couldn't wait to get out of my nightmare of a car lance sold me rich and Brady were not worried about making any money off the car like lance was and rich said that up front he said in taking care of you and that meant a lot to me he worked me out a deal that was so amazing and should have been done 2 weeks prior we have bought almost a million in vehicles off Kenny ross and this is why we keep coming back even though lance who usually does takes care of us didn't this time his boss did and he made things right I want to say thank you to everyone who made this possible I would recommend anyone looking for a car to see rich Simon or Brady lejohn they are the best there also when your signing your papers ask for Dave in finance he is the best Kenny ross has and will get you in and again thank you again and to jimmy ross you have the best staff working for you keep up the good work sir thanks again Steven Robert Parsons More
