When Kim picked me up from the airport she was carrying a sign with my name on it and she had described herself. I felt like a VIP. When we arrived and I drove the escalade I found out that it did not have a backup camera. This was very important to us and I thought the ad had said it had one. Kim and her manager were very patient with me and showed me every ad on the car. I guess I need to be more careful reading everything next time. Kim offered to put an after market camera in but when I tried to talk my wife into it over the phone she said no. Also, things always look better in pictures and I thought the car was a little rough in person. The ride in from the airport was a long one but Kim's pleasant conversation made it a pleasant experience. All through the visit I was treated with respect and not bullied by Kim or her management team. I would highly recommend Kim and Kenny Ross Chevy/Buick/GMC. More

Not your usual car buying experience I went to Kenny Ross Chevrolet in Irwin, PA. As a female with limited car knowledge, I am sure I had a flashing red light following me. What makes this buying experience different than past buying experiences? First, he didn't attempt to waste my time or talk me above what I wanted to pay. He didn't try to bully me into something new and was familiar with the inventory on the used lot. Secondly, the 2006 Chevy Trailblazer that I purchased needed a few things fixed and Jimmy followed through on making sure that the "We Owe" was full-filled in a timely manner- I feel this was going above and beyond. He didn't just hand me off to the service department after I had signed on the line. Finally, Customer Service is a big thing for me, as I am in sales myself, and I can not say enough about how well I was treated. Some people treat you as "just another customer". Mr. Perego made me feel as though I was not only a return customer but a valued customer- and I had never purchased there before. However I can assure you that when the time comes to retire my new (to me) truck, I will be returning to Kenny Ross and looking for my salesman, Jimmy Perego! More
