I will send more people to you. The dealership itself needs some work. Prices are high, especially for aftermarket parts. And they seem very unorganized. But if you have a good sales person like I did. It's all worth it... Go see river town Toyota. And only see David. More

This dealership is very friendly while making the sale. The sales person was awesome thro emails and on the phone promised me a great price out the door. I even have the quote in an email. Drove over 200 The sales person was awesome thro emails and on the phone promised me a great price out the door. I even have the quote in an email. Drove over 200 hundred miles to purchase the SUV. Was told the sticker price was $41,000.00 the sticker was $38,and some change. Alex is a fast talker. Schimberg in finance is a piece of work he did not get me the best percentage rate as he just ran me through the Toyota financing at a higher finance rate. Asked why so high then he ran me through some banks, got a much lower percentage rate. I take responsibility for my purchase. This dealership will promise you anything to get you in and spin it all around until you are so confused you don’t know what is going on. To top it off was told by Alex that for him to get paid I had to fill out a survey and he showed what it looked like and asked what I would give him. He said if he did not get something like a 98 to 100% he would not get paid (really). To is day March 26, 2014 and I bought my SUV March 1st I still have not received the paper work to transfer my tag. The temporary tag they give me will expire on Monday. I called today and just got a voice mail will have to wait and see if they call me back. I will not recommend this deanship to anyone. More

Needless to say there was greas all over-- so I take it to the mechanics months, I looked underneath and found out I also blew both of my CV covers. Needless to say there was greas all over-- so I take it to the mechanics and use some coupons for lube up and oil change..exc. after 3 houres, I go and ask if everything was good and did he find anything wrong- the reply was nope, have a good day. I go out and look at my vehicle- still greas all over underneath- even a idiot whith a print off mechanic licens could see it. showed them and they were like" oh wow... wonder what that is....didnt even see it.." alright- then they said All I had to do is replace the CV boots- for $650.00. Are they out of their mind! I went to fire stone and replacyed the entire CV JOINT for a hundred dollars more. More
bought a vehicle from them last year and was extreamly happy with what I got for my traide in and for the vehicle. Went back to get a second vehicle- and they were selling it $101.-- over the national re happy with what I got for my traide in and for the vehicle. Went back to get a second vehicle- and they were selling it $101.-- over the national retail value and local area. but I still wanted to see if we could be reasonable- asked for a car fax- nothing- good report. seen the vehicle.....front bumper had a past over a big crack in it to hide it. the left side was scratched up from the ground up. the car said that something was wrong with the tire(low pressure, During the fall in GA) test drove it, sluggish start up(sat for a while, got it) pulled hard as hell to the right. break pads worn down... and they still didnt want to move on the price- except give me a 1500 dolar credit on my trade in and then kinda cheet me out of it.. I went accrost the street to ford and got 21500 for me vehicle- Jay was only going to give 18. lost my buisness. didnt even want to work out the price for a crapy car. More

The initial quote response from this dealer was prompt and accurate. They offered the lowest price and agreed to our financing terms with Capital One and our request to ship the van to Texas. We've been a and accurate. They offered the lowest price and agreed to our financing terms with Capital One and our request to ship the van to Texas. We've been able to do the entire transaction remotely from Texas. They helped us correct an error with our sales paperwork and expedited the processing. The only real complaint I have with the whole transaction is in the post sales follow-up and status updates. We are currently waiting on the Capital One funds to "arrive" in the dealers bank account and of course for the pending shipment and final delivery. We've had to call or email the dealer every day just to get an update on our purchase. When we can actually reach a live person were told they don't know the answer or can't promise a delivery date. We've left several voice mail messages with the finance person who never returned our calls. Were hopeful that the remainder of this transaction will be positive but we are still waiting, More
