I walked on to the lot looking for a new car. I dealt with Rick and was not a fan to say the least. He was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. When we sat down to discuss pricing, he laughed at me and was b with Rick and was not a fan to say the least. He was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I went to leave, he brought his manager over to swet talk me. We eeventually worked out a deal but I was so put off by Rick's attitude and demeanor towards me that they almost lost a sale. He was acting like just because I was young he wasn't going to treat me like I was an actual customer, when in reality I probably make more an hour than he does. Avoid this dealership if at all possible. I bought a car but I will be taking it to Empire Nissan for servicings as I DO NOT want to deal with these rude people! More

Jesus was our salesman and was very helpful throughout the process. Ian was kind, understanding and easy to talk to - he did a great job showing me the features that the vehicle had. Ken was nice and docile enough. The problem came in when the smarmy finance guy stepped in. The amount I was told I was being given for my trade in that was put in writing even was NOT the amount that made the smarmy finance guy stepped in. You had better be prepared to examine every single word twice because they try to sneak things in on you and then act surprised. Be on guard as this is a stereotypical dealer. They really don't care what you want and even tried to convince me that the color vehicle I was looking at was not that color. More
