horrible services Took my evo in for service. . Picked it up the next day and it was running horrible. . Told service that it didnt run this way when i brought it in.. Took my evo in for service. . Picked it up the next day and it was running horrible. . Told service that it didnt run this way when i brought it in.. had to leave it for another day. Came back to learn the car was never touched. . By the end of the day i was able to pick up the car.. only to realize my service engine light was on.. i mention it to service and they wanted me to leave it again for another day. At this point i was mad.. they should have realize this problem before giving back the car.. a mechanic in the service department claim to own a 900hp evo.. come to realize he was the working on my evo.. next day i picked it up.. service light was off but car ran like xxxx! ! The man who claimed he owned a 900hp evo and supposedly did all the work to his evo couldn't find out what the problem was.. untill i looked underneath the car and realize he didn't /forgot to clamp the hose on the front intercooler. . He fixed the problem. . Took it home and on the way home realize my traction light was not working.. it was working before i took it to them.. took it back the following week.. and the man who knew so much about evo's claimed it was because i had one off brand tire.. which made no sense.. i complained that it just might be a fuse.. he continued to tell me that it was that one tire.. so i brought all 4 new tires. . Took it back and he claimed he didnt have time to check the car.. that it would take him about 2 weeks to look at the car because they were backed up.. and they only had that one mechanic who worked on evo's. . Bye this time i took the evo to tuning technology and realize it was just a fuse the entire time.. they laughed when i mentioned what the mechanic told me.. i recent sold my evo.. the service here at this dealer ship sucks! ! Service Dept incompetency Terrible service, took my 2014 Mitsubishi Evo with aprox 8000 mile in for service due to some delay when taking off, we were told we had to make an a Terrible service, took my 2014 Mitsubishi Evo with aprox 8000 mile in for service due to some delay when taking off, we were told we had to make an appt , and one was not available for another week which was dec 16. At 1600 on the 16th I get a call from Sal who say there is nothing wrong, the car is fine and states 2 different service people drove it, miles were the same upon drop off and pick up! So I took the car to Mitsubishi of Anaheim where it was purchased, and the car needed over 3000 dollars the clutch and few other thing were wrong! I was told this dealer was a certified Mitsubishi dealer I will never return and will also be sending all invoices to mitsubishi corporate customer service for review. More
Went in looking for a 2011 Kia Optima after confirming over the phone that the car with the options and color desired was in inventory. The problem I have with this dealership is not with the salespeople over the phone that the car with the options and color desired was in inventory. The problem I have with this dealership is not with the salespeople, but the unreasonable mark-up they apply on their vehicles. The mark-up is probably intended to create a high reference point to haggle with potential customers more effectively, but with the proliferation of the internet along with savvier customers, this seems lowbrow if not trivial. This dealership would also not apply the Kia Employee Friends and Family discount that I am eligible for. The bottom line was that it made no sense to purchase a vehicle at a heavy mark-up price even though it meant waiting an extra week to purchase the car. I have since found the same car at a reasonable pricepoint after a stress-free negotiation in San Diego. This goes without saying for most car buyers, but please shop around when purchasing your new or used Kia because I surmise that your business would be better appreciated and rewarded at another dealership. This dealer ripped us off. They told us the car we were buying was only $17,500. The total after adding the difference from our trade in, taxes, title, tags was $30,258. And the interest rate we signed f buying was only $17,500. The total after adding the difference from our trade in, taxes, title, tags was $30,258. And the interest rate we signed for was 8.99%, total after financing ends up to be $39,000. I still dont know how...the only reason we didnt realize it is because the paperwork was sent to my mother in PA (its in her name), so we didnt see the details until after I received a copy of it. I will never again go through this dealer and I will make SURE that NO ONE I KNOW will EVER buy anything from them ever! More
If searching for a car/suv/truck please do not go to Riverside mitsubishi. I made the mistake of talking with Zia from their internet dept. I told him over the phone what another Dealer has quoted me Riverside mitsubishi. I made the mistake of talking with Zia from their internet dept. I told him over the phone what another Dealer has quoted me and what I have to trade in. He told me that he could beat the deal, I asked him point blank about having the car I was looking for and he said that yes they have it, he told me that he would make me a very happy man since he would be able to beat the deal that I quoted him. I then went over there and when I got there, I asked him to show me the suv, he showed me a different model, I asked him why he would do this and he said that he has it just not in the color I wanted, he showed me the one he had and it did not have all the options I was looking for, he said it was not a big deal since they can modify the suv to have all the options I was looking for. I was at this point very irate because he has already lied to me but since I was there, I decided to see his offer. Needless to say, he did not fail to disappoint, his price was below my out the door price from the other dealer, except his was not the out the door price AND I have to pay off the negative equity on my trade in. I asked him why he lied to me and he said he was not lying he told me that he could beat the price I quoted him and he did, I asked him if he was out of his mind because I specifically told him about my deal and everything that it entailed. He said that he did not know about the trade in when it was the first thing I mentioned!!! Well, I know that when searching for a car, we all try to get the best deal, I would strongly caution you about dealing with this dealership. If you do please, just make sure that they are just not there to low ball you or anything like that, I learned my lesson. I can guarantee you that I will let it be known to all the people I work with and since I am in the military I will do everything I can to put this dealership in the "off limits" list. More
