Worst car salesman in town! Went to inquire about a Telluride, heavy set man with a beard approached me and ask if he can help. He didn’t know any features of the vehicle except that they only sell it Telluride, heavy set man with a beard approached me and ask if he can help. He didn’t know any features of the vehicle except that they only sell it at $10K premium over sticker price. Very condesending sales experience. Won’t visit this dealership again even though it’s only a mile away. Avoid this dealership or this salesman at least. I don’t think he’ll be working there in a month with that kind of sales attitude. They will do absolutely anything to get you in to buy a car, but treat you HORRIBLE once you do. I inquired about a 2021 Sorento. Their sales rep kept in touch with me and let me know when the one I was car, but treat you HORRIBLE once you do. I inquired about a 2021 Sorento. Their sales rep kept in touch with me and let me know when the one I was looking for was one, so we went in 2 days later with every intention of buying it. They didn't budge on the price, which we felt was super over MSRP.. and all other dealers had it less, but whatever. We were excited that they matched the price Carmax would give us for our trade in, so that saved us time. We bought the car, did the trade in the same day. 1 day later.. I contacted the sales rep and let him know that there was a whistling sound coming from the moon roof. It took 2 weeks of going back and forth and no one from service had contacted me. I finally got ahold of service, and they said my appointment would be 2 months out. I heard tons of excuses like, "we had a Covid outbreak" blah blah blah.. They told me to contact their sister store. I contacted the sister store in Pomona and they said they didn't have anyone who specializes in the moon roofs.. to call Ontario. I called Ontario and couldn't get ahold of anyone. I contacted KIA riverside and they told me to call San Bernardino KIA.. which is almost an hour from my house. I drove off the lot wirh 10 miles on my car.. I feel like they should have accommodated someone who bought a brand new car and 1 day later had an issue. I called riverside Kia again trying to get ahold of a manager the girl who answered said they were in a meeting, the next girl hung up on me. .. I finally talked to the manager Nino, who was sooooo disrespectful and RUDE and talked to me like I was a child. He had someone in the backround who knew exactly what the problem was, and they told me I needed to come in the next morning. I work and have a 4 month old, my daughter starts school at the same time they told me I could come in. They also said they would need to keep the car for a few days but would NOT give me a rental. Again, I work and have kids.. I still have not been seen or contacted by riverside Kia in regards to the issue. It's been over one month. Next, I am contacted by Wells Fargo for our trade in. 2 weeks after buying my car from riverside Kia. it had not been paid off. I kept trying to get ahold of Riverside KIA, and they said it would be budgeted in a week to be paid off. A month later, still nothing. My husband finally had to call and go off and threaten to show up there to get just a RESPONSE. And a month later, we had to finally make the payment before a late payment hit our credit. The payoff amount was only $5K... how does it take a month to get that budgeted when we just bought a brand new car from them. Everyone ignores us when we call. They said we will "get a call back" Their finance department said our payment will be due in May, but we still have not received any info on who even financed our loan!! The finance department said KIA is aware of this, and we won't be dinged for not making a may payment.. the SAME NIGHT our credit was run AGAIN!! It's been over a month and we don't even know who we are financing our car through.. there is nothing but credit checks on our credit report. I will neverrrrrrr go to this dealership for anything. I even talked to their sister store Pomona's Service Department and they were Shocked about everything going on. They said there is ALWAYS time put aside for people who have issues with a brand new car. The lack of respect, communication, and professionalism is unbelievable with this company. It is so disappointing. It's been such a terrible experience for myself and my husband at this point. And the sad thing is, it isn't over.. because nothing has been done for any of our issues going on. We had to make the payment for the trade in to avoid it dinging our credit. They said we will be refunded, but with the way things are going.. we aren't expecting it. More

Management 0 - Customer service 0 – Respect 0 I have talked to Frank, the manager of the branch (according to what he said!) plenty of times, to solve my issue that I had (their own mistake). The way he, and also his crew handle the problem was beyond unprofessional and unbelievably rude. I will state his exact words to me when I told him I already made a complain with Kia consumer service:” all the things that you are telling me is BS, don't try to scare me with this BS, do you want your key or not?” I will follow with another complain with Kia for sure. I am wondering how KIA gave him a license to represent KIA branch with this kind of language, attitude, and customer service. Continue on March 15th experience. I had the Worst experience ever with them. Bunch of liars, Rude, unresentful crew. This is my first and last time that I'm giving any business to Riverside Kia. Also, I Already have made a complain file with Kia consumer service Here is what happened: ***February 19 2021*** On February 19, 2021, I walked in and leased a brand new K5 Kia top line option. That night (Friday) they provide me only one key, and they said one of their colleagues took the second key home by mistake. My sales person Ahmed and his manager promised me they will find my key by the next day, and will send it to me on Saturday, and if they could not do that, instead Ahmad will drop it off by my house on Monday. At that point, I had no choice but to accept the offer. Until Monday nothing happened. ***February 24 2021*** when I called Ahmed on Wednesday to follow up with him about my key, here is when the lie story started. He told me they couldn't find the key and they put an order for a new one which they will receive it in two weeks. ***March 10 2021*** 2 weeks later when I called Ahmed again, he started a brand new lie story. He said that he already has the key and waiting for the key technician to program it. I asked for the exact date that I would finally can get it, he said he does not know yet. *** March 13 2021*** I called twice to follow up with the manager to see when I can get my key, and both times they hung up on me. ***March 15 2021*** I called 9 times. they transferred me back and forth between service and part department and also floor sales. they put me on hold, transfer me again, and no one answered until I gave up and called Kia consumer service. Finally, I ended up filing a complain with Kia consumer service and to my surprise, I found out that No one ordered any key. So basically Ahmad and his manager lied to me and they were fooling me with their imaginary key for more than three weeks. What a joke! At that point Kia consumer service ordered my Key . I called Riverside location to make sure the order goes thru and asked them to send me the order confirmation, which they did. They confirmed that they will have the key in 2 to 3 business days. At that point I was happy that finally my problem was going to get solve, but at the same time I was very frustrated about all the disrespectful and unprofessional actions that I faced and all the lies that I heard over the past three weeks, so I asked to talk to the branch manager. They transferred me to Frank who introduced himself as the manager. I complained about their very unprofessional service and let him know that I already made a complain with Kia Consumer service. His respond was even more surprising than his coworker actions. he said :” all you telling me is BS, don't try to scare me with this BS, do you want your key or not? if you want the key wait until we call you and he hung up. HE was super rude and very unprofessional. I will follow with another complain with Kia for sure. I am wondering how KIA gave him a license to represent KIA branch with this kind of language, attitude, and customer service. ***March 30 2021*** They were supposed to call me when they received the key right? I received no calls. So I called again to follow up, they transferred me to Gabriella and she told me she have a key and we will schedule an appointment for March 31 2021.. finally, I got my key. I will never step my feet on that location anymore for any reason, and I will make sure to share this horrible experience everywhere, with everyone. I bought a 2021 Kia K5 from this dealer. The buying experience was fine, no real complaints there. But the service is a whole other issue. About a month into ownership, I started having problems with the USB port and voice commands of the stereo. I went in for an appointment -- which was about 2 *MONTHS* out at the time. I decided to wait. The USB port and voice commands magically started working again! Huzzah! ....for another month. Near the beginning of Febuary, I went in and scheduled an appointment -- which ended up *STILL* being more than a month out (March 18th). During this time, the problem is getting worse -- and I do a *LOT* of driving, so I need the voice commands -- it's the primary reason I bought this car. March 18th rolls around, I go in for the appointment, and I'm told it will be between 7 to 10 days before they're even able to *LOOK* at it. And they expected me to leave it there. Without a loaner. Oh, sure, I could rent a car -- I can't *AFFORD* to rent a car for a random amount of time. Now, as I near the 12,000 mile mark on a car I drove off the lot in November with 11 miles on it, it's edging towards the end of the electrical warranty. It's almost like they're doing that on purpose. I will never buy another Kia. Period. More

Prior to coming here I went to 3 ...yes 3.. other dealers who put me through helllll to make a long story short. Please please please 🙏 if you are considering purchasing a Kia come here and ask for Carlos!! He was amazing...direct..to the point...no xxxxxxxx... this is what I have and what we can do...very knowledgeable...helpful...and friendly. I was so traumatized by the other 3 dealers I literally was scared thinking where's the catch??? To see that there was no catch was unbelievable. I left this place feeling great and at ease. This is what a dealer and customer service looks like!! Take note Kia of Alhambra ...Temecula and Cerritos ( cough cough) This is how you sell cars... not by accusing someone of stealing a key...refusing to even provide a business card...and the everyday bait and switch. DANGEROUS!!!I had a service repair for 2019 Kia Niro DANGEROUS!!! I had a service repair for 2019 Kia Niro where Riverside Kia had to replace a transmission. I received the car back and after the next DANGEROUS!!! I had a service repair for 2019 Kia Niro where Riverside Kia had to replace a transmission. I received the car back and after the next drive the brakes did NOT work! It was terrifying to press the brakes and the car continued to coast almost into an intersection! My wife and I were very fortunate that there were no pedestrian at the crosswalk or a car in front of us or else we would have ran into them. We pulled over to find that the brake fluid was nearly completely empty. We had emergency roadside send the car right back to Riverside Kia. It was an absolute nightmare to get any kind of update from customer service or the service department at Riverside Kia. We would call to get placed on hold, reach the service department and no one wanted to handle the call. A Kia representative would say that they'll look into it, place us back on hold, and the SAME rep would pick up the line and ask how they can help not knowing it is still us on the line without any update. The cycle repeats until that same rep loses patience and drops the call. And when we did get through the call, the service department claimed that there is no leak and our car is ready to be picked up without any repairs needed. Knowing that this issue was their doing after the initial service, I forwarded Riverside Kia a picture showing that the brake fluid is at the bottom of the container. The following day they said yes there was a leak due to a brake line bolt was loose causing the fluid to escape. They decided to keep the car longer and it had already been a week without issuing us a rental car. Again, they would have given the car back to us if I didn't call them on that there is a problem and sent in an image as proof for them to even look under the hood. It is pathetic that after all of this Riverside Kia said it was because they're short staff due to COVID-19 and that's why they can't answer phone calls, provide decent customer service, and do the basics. FOR YOUR SAFETY, avoid Riverside Kia at all cost. Unless you like to risk your life and others, get dropped calls, and waste your time, stop by Riverside Kia and try it yourself. More
