This dealership (like many) used scummy sales practices to get me to purchase. During the sales process, I was told multiple times by the salesperson from whom I purchased the vehicle that the car I wanted to get me to purchase. During the sales process, I was told multiple times by the salesperson from whom I purchased the vehicle that the car I wanted qualified for the $7,500 federal EV tax credit. This was clearly and repeatedly communicated to me as a qualifying vehicle. I want to be very clear: this representation was the primary and deciding factor in my purchase of this vehicle. I would not have moved forward with the purchase had I been told otherwise. Upon doing my taxes this year, I found out that the car I purchased did in fact NOT qualify for the tax credit, because the battery manufactured was not made in the US. I messaged the dealership to figure out what solution we could come to for this clear misrepresentation and was basically told to kick rocks. Would avoid this dealership at all costs More
