Ms. Sereg received $3,250.00 in rebates. Your negative equity from two cars you traded in amounted to $9,321.00. With that being said you proceeded to test drive the Veloster twice, and then decided to buy it. We basically sold it a invoice to help clear out your negative equity. Within a few days you wanted another car, stating that the Veloster wasn't a good choice, not enough visibility. Again you test drove it two different times. We proceeded to take you from that car and put you in a sedan, you now say you can't afford it. Again it was all explained to you several times before we would let you drive out. You received every available rebate Hyundai has to offer.
