Riverside Honda

My wife and I went to Riverside Honda today with an internet offer from them on leasing a 2020 Honda Accord LX and a 2020 Honda Civic LX. What they offered seemed like a good deal. I was in contact with one of their Internet Managers by email. I wanted to make sure that they were going to "honor" their offer if I drove to their location ( 50+ miles from me). Well, it was as I suspected, they would not honor the numbers that were sent to me when I got there. They had a number of reasons why they could not and/or would not honor their offer to me. I was very upset. It is my intention to contact Honda of America and let them know of my experience at Riverside Honda dealership. This type of business practice is despicable. More

Maria is so great. Maria deserves recognition for her friendly & caring customer service. I had an issue with my visor. It took three visits which I had to take time off work for. The first visit, a new visor was ordered. The second visit, the visor was installed. The third visit was to correct an installation error. Maria acknowledged the error (she did not try to cover it up), expressed her understanding of my inconvenience and accommodated. I will continue to service my Pilot there knowing Maria is there to help. My only critic with the overall experience is that the wait time needs improvement. More
