I’ve gone to this auto group for 10+ years. But since I’ve gotten a Honda, it’s been a hassle. The most recent being not telling me my battery needing replaced when I got my car, so 4 hours later in 100+ I’ve gotten a Honda, it’s been a hassle. The most recent being not telling me my battery needing replaced when I got my car, so 4 hours later in 100+ degree heat my 5 year old and I were stranded in Palm Springs waiting on aaa. Was it marked on the ppwk, yes, but they didn’t offer it, didn’t go over pricing or point it out to me. Just said all looks good, we just did the oil change no tire rotation (I just got new tires and wasn’t needed). I said ok, I’ll call you to schedule an apt to do the brakes. Until I was stranded and the tow truck came did I pull out the ppwk. Just inconsiderate if I needed it i would’ve had them replace it right then when I was there. More

I actually wouldn’t of given even a star! The worst Honda dealership that we have gone too! I made an appointment at 7:20 am and no calls or updates until I called.
