Great car, Great people! I was shopping for a used, small fuel efficient vehicle and stopped by Riverside Subaru to take a look at the Impreza and was considering the Forester I was shopping for a used, small fuel efficient vehicle and stopped by Riverside Subaru to take a look at the Impreza and was considering the Forester. Michael Smith and Pat Dostick took their time to explain the features and benefits of each vehicle. I changed my mind several times about which vehicle I liked, but through it all the staff at Riverside Subaru helped me make an informed decision. In the end I bought a 2015 Outback Limited. I recently moved from Washington, D.C. and had contacted other Subaru dealers in that area, and none were even close to being as helpful, accommodating and genuine as the folks at Riverside Subaru. Pat was very thorough and willing to help me understand every feature of the car once it arrived on the lot. The sales manager, Young Lee, was easy to work with and did not pressure the sale, unlike sales managers at a number of other dealerships. Overall this is a great dealership, with great people, selling great cars. Don't hesitate to stop by! More

Pat actually found us a measuring stick to compare seat heights for my wife, which not only helps her but also helps me to transfer her into the vehicle. Michael and Pat were exceedingly patient with all of our questions about the vehicle and financing. We are truly pleased with our experience and would also recommend the parts department for service. Alan did not have the exact vehicle on the lot that I was looking for but he was able to locate one near by and did a dealer trade and made the purchase happen all in one day. This is an example of what great customer service is all about. There was not at any time during the process did I feel like I was getting pushed around or pushed into making a trade. These guys went above and beyond in order to make this a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend that anyone in the market for a new or quality used vehicle visit Riverside CJD and feel the experience for yourself.. More
Time wasters My initial experience looking at a used truck here was fantastic so when I decided to buy a new truck instead I did my research, decided the exact tru My initial experience looking at a used truck here was fantastic so when I decided to buy a new truck instead I did my research, decided the exact truck I wanted, found the truck at another dealership and went back to Riverside to make the deal. Colossal mistake. We spent most of a Saturday with them promising to get the exact vehicle, changing our sales person twice, and even negotiating the final price. Finally, we had to leave and they said they would call us back on Monday when the truck we wanted was on the way. After three calls on Monday (me calling them), they finally said they couldn't get the vehicle after all and recommended I buy one from the other dealership. Basically they wasted my time. Meanwhile the other dealership (National) called me back with a better price and no time wasting. Sad thing was I sought out Riverside and they still treated me like I was an afterthought. More

He is certainly an asset to the dealership. * I think the dealership would benefit by offering complementary soft drinks, especially since its takes a number of hours to complete the purchase of a car. Free chips, cookies, crackers, etc. would be nice too. More

I had visited several dealerships in the area before visiting Riverside. Each experience was the same...I was treated like a stupid girl who did not know the value of her trade or what cars really cost. My experience at Riverside Subaru was very different. Alan Walsh, my salesman took time figuring out which car would be right for me on my budget. Amazingly enough he also showed me more than just cup holders and the mirror on the sun shade. He intelligently answered my questions about asymmetrical four wheel drive, CVTs and the boxer engine. He understood that buying a car is a commit for both the dealership and the customer. An added bonus to my day was the fair trade value I received for my old car. I didn't have to haggle much and felt that I received what my trade was worth. Overall, I highly recommend Riverside Subaru and Alan my salesman! More

#2 Within less than 6 months Travis is true to his word! Back in Sept, I was browsing for a vehicle to meet the needs of a grandparent. The '13 Wrangler that I had was very basic, Travis is true to his word! Back in Sept, I was browsing for a vehicle to meet the needs of a grandparent. The '13 Wrangler that I had was very basic, and was not user friendly for my granddaughter. So, as I was browsing, Travis was very enthusiastic about me finding a vehicle that meet my needs; electric door locks, electric windows and so forth. I left the lot that day, purchasing a '14 Dodge Charger sight unseen, but felt confident that Travis was going to be true to his word. The following day, I picked up the new car and was very pleased. With less than 1000 miles, the car ended up having a bad fuel pump. This happened out of town, but his concern over this was so professional and I knew that it would be made right. He continued checking in with me, until the fuel pump was replaced and I had the car back. I liked the car, but I MISSED being a Jeep Wrangler owner. So as life would have it, my granddaughter and her parents have moved out of state.... perfect timing!! As the Charger was in for a routine oil change, it just so happened that my spouse let Travis know that I was back in the market for another Jeep Wrangler... he was given my list of "needs" and came thru again. Riverside has a true professional, customer service friendly associate and I am currently driving around town in a '15 Jeep Wrangler! His professional attitude makes him an asset to Riverside CJD. Travis, makes it SO EASY!! More
