Beware... Of the service dept they will xxxx up your car and flat out lie about it to your face this has happend to me on two occasions with the same car first time was warranty work that needed to be done and flat out lie about it to your face this has happend to me on two occasions with the same car first time was warranty work that needed to be done to car. car never ran right after work was performed when taken back they said that it was fine nothing wrong come to find out they didnt properly tight in down intake manifold or re seal injector or valve cover only place that has done work on car but not there fault. Sec time took same car in for maintenace trans service had filter changed and fliud hard to believe they could xxxx this up but guess what over filled trans causing to purge out fluid all over side of car engine and exhaust which resorted to shorting out oxygen sensor guess what not there fault again so id advise you to look else where for any and all repairs screw riverside dodge and christine and the rest of the service dept More

Outstanding service! From start to finish this dealership offered the best customer service. They didn't have what we were looking at listed or on the lot BUT they found u From start to finish this dealership offered the best customer service. They didn't have what we were looking at listed or on the lot BUT they found us the perfect truck in no time. Only hours later too. Our sales guy Aaron "Will" Williams was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. Even after closing time, he stayed and worked with us. Want to thank also our Sales Manager Brian Coneal for is assistance and talking with my husband about the trade. As a truck family the trade was important to us. Thank you to their GM, Jacob Amos for his help as well. We were so happy with the dealership we went back the next day and bought a xxxx Cat from Will. When you go in ask for Will. He was a pleasure to work with. Thanks to him and all staff that helped us out to make this a great buying experience. And we are proud owners of two really nice new rides. More
regarding the service dept My husband brought his car in in the beginning of june to get serviced. We were told that it would need a transmission, so we said go ahead and do the My husband brought his car in in the beginning of june to get serviced. We were told that it would need a transmission, so we said go ahead and do the service because it will still be under warranty. 2 weeks later.. we call and they said it wont be done foe another two weeks. Now, i get that the transmission was on back order.. but no one updated us, no one called us, no one even told us that the transmission was on backorder until we called. I have worked mt fair share in car dealerships (in the service dept) and this is a sure way to lose a customer. I have never been so upset and disappointed in a dealership in my life. If you want to keep customers, you make them want to trust you and you make them feel comfortable that they have your car and that you can take care of their car in a timely fashion.. what you dont do is you dont wait until the customer has to call you to get an update on their vehicle that they TRUSTED you with. Up till now, we are still waiting for a call back and .. believe me.. we will never bring our car here again. More

Raised the bar. When looking for a vehicle I would always go on Sundays when they were closed to avoid the onslaught of vultures. He gave lots of information and was low pressure and polite. We test drove the truck and decided that night we would be back to get it tomorrow. All because of Jermaine help. More

Needs New Management My car salesmen was out standing, he answered all my questions and was very proactive when it can to all me needs. He came and picked me up from my job so i could closed the deal, he went above and beyond. My issues where with the management, their lack of customer service, and lack of professionalism made me walk away at first. Management screaming at salesmen in front of customer, and the new car sales manager told me to take my money and send it at another dealership he don't want my money. i'm try to understand why i was talking to him and not the used car sales manager. I walked away but one last call from my salesmen Lonnie Stocks brought my business back. I have purchased cars before this experience was the worst. More
