I purchased a 2024 Grand Cherokee L. From the start it was a disaster. The salesman showed me a fully loaded one and then when I came to sign papers etc., the Jeep they had brought for m From the start it was a disaster. I had to be the one to tell them that this was not the same one in which I had looked at the day before and thought I was buying. The finance process went well. However the battery was dead in the brand-new Jeep, they replaced and then we noticed the AC wasn't working before we pulled away. To make a long story short it's 4 days since I purchased my BRAND new Jeep and have yet to drive it. It's still at the dealership. If I could cancel the entire transaction believe me I would !!!! They have offered nothing in return for the nightmare of this transaction except a loaner to drive because I traded in my car. I will NEVER go back to Riverside again. More

No problem with the repair department.The sales department is lacking in personality, courtesy and respect. They will walk within three feet or less and will not speak. I hope you understand. Have serviced my vehicles for years, based on last 2 experiences will not go back. Service is slow and you are stuck in a waiting room where sales and service/ parts people continually passing through w experiences will not go back. Beware! Bought a used Jeep from Riverside. They showed me a clean Carfax, signed in writing that the car had never been damaged, no collisions, flood, or salvage. Absolutely great experience. John Sr. Was not only very helpful but also very patient with us. We left with a Ram that fit our needs and fit our budget as well!
