Just a good experience Over the last 20 years we have purchased vehicles, both new and used Ramp, Lucas, Sayville and Riverhead Ford. Riverhead Ford was by far the best buyi Over the last 20 years we have purchased vehicles, both new and used Ramp, Lucas, Sayville and Riverhead Ford. Riverhead Ford was by far the best buying experience of all. The sales staff were pleasant and willing to negotiate a reasonable price. The transaction was done in one day, financing supplied comparable to my pre-approved credit union rates. The car was delivered finely detailed with new tires that were not even part of the sales agreement. Ramp vehicles are overpriced and are arrogant, Lucas was good but too far for follow up service, Sayville was sloppy and unorganized but Riverhead Ford was spot on. Haven't experienced their service dept but hopefully it will be as good as their sales team. More

Seems like every time we use service dept there are problems..last time they wouldnt honor a coupon sent from ford..I blame ford for that..referencing my car on coupon and then it not being good for what they advertised, small print BS..in addition as usual service dept comes up with something to try to sell tires..telling my wife she is lucky the she hasn't hydroplaned.that the tires were balled...for the record they would easily pass inspection..now I know why I stayed away from Ford all my life... real BS that they send a coupon , referencing my car and the coupon doesnt apply what kind of customer service is this..
