Ian was onpoint I arrived on a rainy Sunday to look at a car. Ian made himself available and spent about an hour with me showing me not only the car I was interested I arrived on a rainy Sunday to look at a car. Ian made himself available and spent about an hour with me showing me not only the car I was interested in but several others as well. I got the impression he was in tune with my needs and while I wound up buying the car I wanted anyway, I did appreciate his time in showing me the others. I took several test drives and he answered all my questions. He then went above and beyond by coordinating the sale even when he was off by cell phone and then also by working around my schedule to pick the car up. It was a good deal and a good car. The only gripe I had was the plate fee not being on the initial sales form. It was another $300 out of pocket that I was not expecting but it was not a "surprise" fee as I know I had to pay it but I thought it was on the original purchase order. Really more of a miscommunication then anything else. Can't fault them for that. So far the car is mint and I have complaints. I had a pre-approved loan and all together my total time spent at the dealer was about 2 hours. (2 different days as my funding had to clear before they could release the car) They were certainly friendly and speedy. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them and specifically Ian. If the car lasts I will be going back. More
