I had originally gone into see another sales person, who quickly handed me over to Tammy after luring me in. Tammy handled the entire deal, from day one. Although I may have given her a hard time (over things that I wasn't happy with), she kept it together and followed through on the entire transaction. My car was brought in from another dealership, and it was Tammy who noticed that it was not equipped with heated seats (which I was told by the other sales person it would have). She made sure that they were done with the other after-market options I wanted AND that they were done the very next day. I told her that I wanted it done to have before Christmas. I picked it up on 12/23! I love my new Tucson and I thank Tammy for making it happen. More
