I was happy with the final cost of my vehicle and she made promises to fix the small issues I wanted addressed. For example I requested that my new Nissan Pathfinder was flat bedded into dealership with less than 10 miles. The last time I bought a new vehicle it had 89 miles when I drove off the lot which was upsetting to me. Marlene took care of my request with no problem. I received my new Pathfinder before Xmas. She was kind enough to call me after Xmas as a follow up to see how holidays were with family and of course how my new ride was doing. For the first time buying a vehicle I didn’t feel like a #(number) walking into dealership. I think that’s important today in every industry. A simple act of kindness goes a long way in my book and Nissan should be proud to have a sales rep like Marlene representing them.
