Was rushed through process , went im oweing 6k on a 2010 dodge ram pick up and wound up paying 26k for a 2010 pathfinder. Was told i couldnt finance without the 2500.00 full warranty. Found out the next day this was a lie amd illegal from finance company. Went right back and for the last year and 4 forms. I have been trying to cancel it. Just got Cancelled last week and was only refunded 800 out of the 2500. Ive been paying interest on. I have been in there numerous times to fix problem and its always we will take care of it right away. I approached manager francois and told him since they have been playing around for a year i lost 1700. In refund and they should right me the check as there reaponsible. I was told (its not gonna happen) so basically i got ripped off 1800. For nothing. We have 3 family member that have bought from them this year and all 3 have had bad experiences amd will take our business somewere else. When we buy new cars. There nice till they get you to sign. Then your on your own. More

Every single time I've gotten service done, the time takes way longer than expected, I've never received updates on the status of the job, and this service center tries to convinice me on purchasing fluids that my car "direly" needs! (Thank god I have a knowledge of cars or I would have fell for their $600 fluid charges) So yesterday, I came in for an expection, an oil change, and to get my tired balanced again (the first time I payed $150.00 to have the tires balanced, and it wasn't done properly. I waited 5 hours that day to only have to bring the car back because there is no quality in their work. I was told to come in today, first thing in the morning, to get wheel balancing done. I was the first person in this service center. Not a single other customer is here. Two hours has elasped, and my car STILL hasn't MOVED. I then asked about the status, and was told to wait another 2-3 hours. (I shouldn't have to wait this long if I wasthe first soul here!!) Please, save your time and go somewhere else!! Will update when my car's service is completed! More
Terrible customer service I needed to get an oil change and come in to a recall on my 2011 Sonata (the 4th recall in the 2 years I've owned the car). The recall email had a lin I needed to get an oil change and come in to a recall on my 2011 Sonata (the 4th recall in the 2 years I've owned the car). The recall email had a link to Hyundai's online service scheduling system. There were a few available times so I choose 11:45am. I received several emails reminding me about my appointment. On the day of the service, I arrived just before 11:45am. The customer service person then informed me that every technician leaves of lunch from noon-1pm. Why bother offering 11:45am as an option? I was forced to wait 90 minutes before anyone even looked at my car. This is so easily avoidable of Hyundai simply didn't offer 11:45am as an option. It's inconsiderate and shows you how much they care about their customers. After 2 hours I (finally) grew impatient and asked the customer service person to please check on my car. He came back to tell me that my car was being worked on, and my inspection is due, would I like them to perform the inspection? Again...shouldn't that be one of the first things they look at and then ask me at the beginning of the service if I would like the inspection done? After 2 hours of waiting they asked me if I would like to wait another 30 minutes for them to perform the inspection. Remember...I came in for an oil change! Before I purchased a Hyundai I had an older car and brought it to Meineke. They never kept me waiting this long, always treated me with respect and consideration. Very disappointed with Hyundai's service department. Time to go back to Meineke. More

He answered all my questions, gave me information about the car I did not know, showed me how to operate the "Extras" and listened when I spoke. Vinney and Francois gave me a great price on the car and it was actually a pleasure working with John in finance. I felt no pressure to buy this car. Great car at a great price. I have already recommended this Dealership. Thanks guys. More

They were not helpful in fact down right rude that it had nothing to do with there dealership. Since I was in CT I would have to contact a dealership in CT to have repairs made. Car was serviced two weeks before this occured in Riverhead. Car was brought in twice for engine noise REgional Manager of Hyundai instantly got involved reviewed service records and my engine is being fully replaced. I am getting 7 years of oil changes, I got a rent a car (top of the line) and I also am being told they will deliver car to my door. However, NOTHING from Riverhead... I will never ever ever recommend them. This never should have happened, but at least a bit of professionalism would have made this horrible event a bit better. You won't find it in Riverhead. More

We were aggressively pursued by Troy Finkelstein as we entered the building and while we repeatedly asked for Kaitlyn, Troy told us she wasn't present and continued to take over the potential sale. We showed him our quote, he gave us run around after run around about why the price could not be honored, the vehicle was not in stock etc... He got up for 10 minute breaks during our conversations to talk to other people, answered phone calls and generally was not treating us with respect. When challenged further on the inconsistencies in his price for us he finally yelled at us, "That's it! You're fired as customers! You need to leave this store! Please leave!" Screaming at us (mind you we are two women, myself and my 70 year old mother!) When we instead demanded to speak to a manager he followed us around the store in a threatening manner, posturing in our personal space to the point where I felt threatened. NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE INTERVENED! It was horrible! He then called us "Disgusting Animals!" and continued pacing around the building and exiting and re-entering the store. It was the most unprofessional display of HUMANITY not to mention salesmanship that I have ever experienced. We will be reporting this man to the Suffolk County Dept. of Consumer Affairs, the management at this dealership and Hyundai's corporate office themselves. There is no excuse for speaking/yelling at customers in this manner. The fact that no one stepped in to stop this man from his psychotic behavior is even more terrifying. No business should be run in this fashion. More

The invoice end up $808, only $315 is related to battery replacement. Replacing brake pads, flushing brake fluid et al.. This car brake system was just checked up in the Nissan dealer near my house. This was obviously a rip off. More

The salesperson I worked with had very little work to do because I financed ahead of time, but he was still very friendly and helpful. He entertained and was very kind to my little brother (a six year old, with a very short attention span) and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and may go back when it's time to look again. More

Asked us what we we Never have I ever dealt with a more straightforward and down to earth car salesman as Vinny. He greeted us warmly when we came in. Asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle, what kind of options and features we were looking for, and found us the perfect car for us, at a payment we wanted, with the money down we wanted. We wanted a small fuel efficient vehicle that we could use as a grocery getter, baby carrier, toy car when we felt like driving a little more aggressively. We got a veloster turbo r spec stick. Love this car. Handles like its on rails. The Torque comes on from the turbo at less than 2,000 rpms and pulls till redline. We can fit the baby seat in the back and its utilitarian enough to still make home depot runs. Vinny got us a great price with the loyalty rebate, and military appreciation rebate. SEMPER FIDELIS! and a great price on our trade in. He used to have a classic car shop, so he's a salesman who actually knows ALOT about car cars, and I like a sales person that is enthusiastic about what he does and Vinny definetly is. Vinny's my go to guy for buying cars now. I'll be sending all my friends looking for a car to him after our experience. He got us out in our new car, the same day, got us approved (credit wasn't stellar) at a better rate than my trade in had, and at a lower monthly payment than I was looking for. we were in and out in an hour and a half with new plates, insurance, and registration. Can't beat that with a stick. More
Terrible experience! We returned a leased nissan and bought a used vw Routan. The car was not properly cleaned prior to us purchasing it, so we were advised to being the car back one week later for int bought a used vw Routan. The car was not properly cleaned prior to us purchasing it, so we were advised to being the car back one week later for interior detailing. We dropped the car off for what we were guaranteed would take 2 hours, max. 5 hours later the car was brought around for us and the interior was not cleaned. We were told we could bring the car back again (dealer is 30 minutes from our home). Told Robert we were going to take it to our local car wash instead, told him the cost and Robert said the dealer would pay the cost. After we had the car cleaned ourselves we spoke to the manager who is refusing to pay the $150 bill. Awful, awful customer service. No respect for customers time. Do not use this dealer! More
