The process of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership was the most chaotic and unpleasant experience I have ever had in my history of purchasing cars. Their failure to be thorough in the buying process w was the most chaotic and unpleasant experience I have ever had in my history of purchasing cars. Their failure to be thorough in the buying process was unreal and their failure in ironing out any potential issues before the sale caused a massive delay in their processing of my registration of over 2 months. They then blamed ME for this which is my motivation for wanting to review this sale at all. The vehicle is nice but the representatives I worked withmade it extremely stressful. In a last effort to try to get my vehicle registered , I called the dealership asking for any possible help as I’m now driving around in an unregistered car. Jessica was incredibly rude, BLAMED ME for switching my insurance provider to a cheaper company 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle (perfectly normal thing for a person to do) when it was their neglect in processing that was the actual problem. My issue is still not resolved. More

We went in to look for a safe and reliable car for our daughter who was purchasing her first car. Mark was fast to go over all safety features of the vehicle she was considering. He was thorough yet effic daughter who was purchasing her first car. Mark was fast to go over all safety features of the vehicle she was considering. He was thorough yet efficient. I had a very bad experience with this dealership. They added an expensive extended warranty to my contract even though I did not want it. When I tried to cancel, they kept delaying and never processe They added an expensive extended warranty to my contract even though I did not want it. When I tried to cancel, they kept delaying and never processed it properly. They also did not give me any benefits like free oil changes vb. On top of that, the staff was not polite or helpful. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
I will never be returning to the Nissan service department again. This is the second time that I was there where I was treated with complete disrespect by both the receptionist and manager. They should all be fired for the horrific way that they treat their supposedly valued customers. In particular, the manager was demeaning and completely condescending. I stormed out out of their completely upset and my problem unfixed. The only person that was able to help resolve my issue,once again, was the sales person Liana Dejesus. She was also the critical person who helped me the first time I went there after the service department could not fix my problem then as well. I will never recommend anybody to have their car serviced there and it is disgraceful that they even operate and remain open. If I could give them 5 negative review stars I would. More
