Joe was very easy to work with, professional, honest and kept his word. He got back with me with information. Since I ordered my 2010 F-150, Diann and Joe were always available to check on the status of m kept his word. He got back with me with information. Since I ordered my 2010 F-150, Diann and Joe were always available to check on the status of my order and were always gracious. I never felt like I was imposing on them at any time. Even now, I stop in to look at 2011 brochures and they both stop to talk with me. No other dealership does what Joe and Diann have done. Thanks, Joe and Diann. More
