If your are an individual that is respectful, honest and looking for a dealership that will treat you with respect, and not just as a customer, then this is the dealership for you. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and was flabbergasted by the service, honesty, caring and respectful business practices. I hate to barter and have my time wasted. They put a great foot forward and I only had to write down a price twice (I am very cost conscience). There was a minor issue that I wanted the GM to handle, but I couldn't hang around or drive back-up to have it fixed, I needed it fixed in my home state, and thinking from past experiences, I was ready for the spiel. NOPE - "We will take care of it just let me know and get an estimate". I called on 6/21/2013, to let them know about the estimate and no spiel again. I will be faxing or emailing the quote. I will keep you all abreast of the conclusion but so far it has been a mind altering happy experience. More
