When shopping for a truck I sent out requests to 9 dealers around the state. After a week of driving and figuring out what I want I have to say dealing with Scott was a pleasure. No high pressure sa dealers around the state. After a week of driving and figuring out what I want I have to say dealing with Scott was a pleasure. No high pressure sales tactics, no haggling, just honest efforts to meet my requests. I compared the vehicle I bought from Scott to another one I was looking at with double the miles. When Scott asked me why I was hesitant I replied that I was trying to purchase a truck for under $24,000. The vehicle I was looking at booked for $30,600 and would have sold easily at the $26,000 price point. However, Scott and the Tim Parker team want to take care of us locals here in Hot Springs. He went above and beyond and dropped the price to my budget requirements, then tossed in new all weather floor mats and fixed a cosmetic issue on one of the running boards. I feel that Scott has actively taken care of my concerns and made me confident in my recent purchase. More
