No nightmare experiences here where you are waiting around for 5 or 6 hours for the "Big Boss" to approve the deal - These folks are efficient and don't waste your time! I had shopped around for a couple of years (Yes, YEARS) for a vehicle but refused to pay the high prices that some of these "big box" dealerships wanted to charge. I got an UNBELIEVABLE deal on a car with very low mileage and David was able to answer all of my questions. We began looking at Jeeps 6-8 months ago. Carrie was the first salesperson to greet us at Tim Parker. We were very impressed with her knowledge about Jeeps in general. We always asked for Carrie and she always greeted us with a smile and knowledge of the brand. We finally visited the dealership on Dec.27, 2014 and actually got in one of the used Jeeps and went for a test drive. On the next day we finally deciced that we were ready to make a purchase. We called Carrie and set up an appointment. She began preparing for us and discovered the used jeep we had driven had just been sold, so thats when we decided we would go ahead and try and buy a new one. When we arrived, Carrie was ready for us. She went to get the keys for the New Jeep so we could test drive it while she worked up some numbers. Well while she was with another customer before we arrived for our appointment, another salesperson had sold that jeep. There was no pressure to buy something that we didnt have an interest in. Carrie immediately got online to check inventory coming in to Tim Parker, as well as inventory at other dealerships. She was able to locate exactly what we were looking for. Because it was so late in the evening on a Saturday, we decided to come back on Monday to work on numbers with our trade in and the added accesories we wanted to add to the Jeep. On Monday Dec. 30, 2014 we got all of the details worked out, arrangements were made to go out of state to pick this jeep up. We signed the paper work, the added accesories were ordered, and we drove away on Jan. 10,2014 Very Satisfied with our purchase. In doing business with the Tim Parker Dealership we met and worked with several other staff members, ( GM Steve Smith, the Sales Manager, the Service/Parts Manager,Parts Technician Corey French, Finance Person, sorry I cannot recall everyone's names, and the Owner Tim Parker)There are not enough kind words to say about everyone at the Dealership. Carrie Piceynski was my salesperson. She was awesome. I called her like 8 times before I finally got my stuff together . I was getting tired of listening to myself.
