He simply showed me good product and I was disheartened to learn that the Equinox RS EV I wanted was not available. Gralyn showed me others, but I wasn't as enthused as the first. Fortunately, he thought to double check on my preferred SUV and I was delighted to learn it was then available! Gralyn and the other young man in financing were both straightforward and friendly. Gralyn even drove my new ride to my house when he realized I couldn't get it there that day. When I realized later that I had lost the thumb drive with all the paperwork, he was available and able to get me a copy when I stopped by a couple days later. Gralyn also arranged for me to get the one small imperfection buffed out at my convenience. I've never owned a Chevrolet before, but so glad I made this decision!
