Alan was phenomenal. I was originally shopping at another major dealership that deals solely in used cars. Not only did Alan and the Rick Hendricks team offer me a better interest rate but they were able to major dealership that deals solely in used cars. Not only did Alan and the Rick Hendricks team offer me a better interest rate but they were able to get me into a truck, 3 years newer but with a bigger engine and 30k less miles for the same monthly price. Now, back to Alan. He and his associate Dakoda were unbelievably professional and warm. Truly nice guys. I was treated with complete respect and felt as though I'd known these guys for years.
