John S was a pleasure to deal with and got me the best deal I could find. Thanks John for all your help!
Strong Sales Pitch, Extremely Poor Follow‑Through and Deceptive Practices We purchased a used truck from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet at 12050 W Broad Street in Richmond in December. While the sales process was smooth and attentive, everything after the sale has been extremely disappointing. At purchase, two post-sale items were documented and agreed to: The truck bed cover did not have a key There were numerous holes in the Center Console Insert It took endless phone calls with little to no response just to get the interior repair addressed. That item was eventually fixed, but only after months of effort. As of the end of March, we still do not have the correct key for the truck bed cover, despite repeated calls, voicemails, and promises of follow-up that never happen. The truck was also delivered with only one ignition key. We were quoted about $250 to order an additional key. When my husband went in to pick it up, we were instead charged almost $1,000 for programming, a cost that was never disclosed or approved in advance. This experience felt deceptive and completely inconsistent with transparent business practices.
Jazz and Jimmy were amazing! I have a medical condition and they made things easy for me! Jazz even transferred over things in my old car to my new car, talk about customer service! I am very happy I went with them for this vehicle. I had an amazing experience.
Ian is the best! They are truly amazing and value their customers. I’m so incredibly happy with them and my purchase
I found the exact truck I wanted at the Hendrick Dealership in Charleston. Was able to close the deal with Jazz Harrisons help. The whole process was painless. They even delivered the truck to NC.
Trevor Kubis did a awesome job helping us find the perfect truck to meet our needs
