I’m writing in reference to Sarah Walters, service mgr. On Tuesday 11/23/21 I was at Rick Hendricks on savannah highway to have one of my tires fix. Sarah saw a nail in one of my other tires. I was leaving On Tuesday 11/23/21 I was at Rick Hendricks on savannah highway to have one of my tires fix. Sarah saw a nail in one of my other tires. I was leaving to go out of town for thanksgiving on 11/24/21 and I didn’t want to go with the nail in my tire. Sarah offered to check with their service department to see if they had the size tire that I needed and they didn’t. Sarah call around to every dealership that she knew and she found one that had the size tire I needed. It was crews Chevrolet, she got the service guy name and the number and his ext, gave it to me and told me that she spoke with him and told him I was going out of town for thanksgiving and I need a new tire. Sarah call me Wednesday morning 11/24 and told me that mike said for me to bring the car in and he would fixed it for me. ( I had to buy a new tire. If it had not been for Sarah going the extra mile for me, Willa Griffin), I would have not been able to travel to my children for Thanksgiving. This is what I called a caring, concerned and compassionate leader. Because of Sarah I am able to spend thanksgiving with my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I will always remember this Thanksgiving, because of what Sarah did for me. She made it happen. There is not a lot of Sarah Walters out there. I thank the Lord for this one. Lukasz (not a typo) was amazing!!! Extremely helpful, not pushy and a true gentleman. No games or tricks. The truck was in transit and he kept me in the loop with regular status updates and then even texted pictures when it had arrived and as accessories were being installed. Great personal touch and they even delivered to my door 2 hours away. Highly recommend! More
