Daniel Miklas really brings this place down. I drove several hours to this dealership to purchase a 2024 Silverado EV. 13k miles. Vehicle had damage to the rear bowtie emblem I was informed it w I drove several hours to this dealership to purchase a 2024 Silverado EV. 13k miles. Vehicle had damage to the rear bowtie emblem I was informed it would be taken care of. Great. I came with pre approved financing. SIMPLE sale. I just needed to run to the bank to get my cashiers check for the down payment. I was offered a ride from Danial. That didnt happen..So i had to Uber to the bank...And Uber back...I didnt say a word. As the day drug on...I had to go..Truck was in detail. I asked it be pulled so I could get on the road. No emblem repair,..fine. I head home 2hrs drive. Truck breaks down..HIGH VOLTAGE SYSTEM...Goes into limp mode. Its been at my local dealer ever since 2 weeks now, That's beside the point. Ive attempted 3 times to follow up regarding this bowtie emblem. With no reply. Text, and 2 emails. They got my money and unloaded a xxx. So no more customer service I guess. Prior to the sale it was communication overload..So just keep that in mind if your considering a vehicle purchase from a Rick Hendrick lot. I regret I didnt wait to purchase from my local CMA Cheverolet lot. More

I came in to this dealership in the worst condition situation and Justin McCormack was so attentive. He was so communicative.
