My first visit to service the car. Oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2.5 hours I went to service advisor area. It was 10 minutes after noon. No service advisors around not Oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2.5 hours I went to service advisor area. It was 10 minutes after noon. No service advisors around not even Service Manager, all in the lunchroom having lunch, while customers were waiting for their cars. I got upset and asked someone to get my advisor, he came out of lunchroom and got my car! What kind of business is that ? Rick Case Hyundai! Never buy a car from Rick Case dealer again! More
Daniel Saenz was my sales person. I initially went in to buy a used car. Found the car I wanted test drove it and the Elentra was great. Unethical sales behaviors and practices, don’t have a record of previous conversations with customers to understand the customers needs , then try to trick me and addition to be disrespectful because you record of previous conversations with customers to understand the customers needs , then try to trick me and addition to be disrespectful because you I had notes from my prior visit and then increase the price of the vehicle by 5K thinking that I didn’t noticed. Rick Case need to train better on how sales with ethics. More

Had my new Hyundai in the shop three times for a minor brake repair. The last time they kept the car for 4 days. Service advisor extremely difficult to contact for update, called and text many times. brake repair. The last time they kept the car for 4 days. Service advisor extremely difficult to contact for update, called and text many times. was told that brake problem was due to driving thru a puddle. I live in Florida and yes we do get rain and puddles) Fortunately the car is under factory warranty otherwise I was told I would have to pay a $250.00 diagnostic fee and $250.00 hour labor! At no time during my three visits was an apology offered or any transportation other than a Hertz rent a car, at my expense. More
They altered the price, and the copy of the contract I signed is different from what they have in the system. They made me sign for one insurance and they added another one. It looks like they are editing signed is different from what they have in the system. They made me sign for one insurance and they added another one. It looks like they are editing the documents. They don't explain the documents you sign. They promised me that they will make a flat cancellation (full refund) for the insurance they added, but I don't trust them anymore. I talked with many people including the GM and they all told me something different. I'm very very disappointed with the Hyundai dealership. More
