Buyers beware, reputation of dealer's internet sales team is true! Was ready and willing to pay full price for a used CPO vehicle and pick-up within two or three days. Initial call with salesperson Carl went well with promises to have manager Juan Duque reach out to secure vehicle and finalize details including additional dealer addendums/fees before my drive down from Orlando. Repeated calls to the sales desk over the next few days were met with promises to call back only to be met with silence. No call or texts response back, just total ghosting for what should’ve been an easy sale for a vehicle sitting on their lot for months. I can only conclude the vehicle does not exist and is part of a bait-and-switch scam (similar to other reviewer’s experience) and/or sales team is totally unprofessional. A shame for Hyundai as their vehicles improve but their dealer network continues to underperform. More
