My Experience was amazing! Joel Harrison was absolutely outstanding and the most genuine person I have ever bought a car from. He was sure to highlight all of the awesome features that come with my new Hyb outstanding and the most genuine person I have ever bought a car from. Mike Jalloul was an absolute dream in finance, very efficient and supportive. I truly recommend Rick Case 1000 times over. We stated the reason for taking the car in when we made the appointment was for ABS recall. After three and a half hours, they called us to tell us that they did not have the part! For me, that is disgusti the appointment was for ABS recall. After three and a half hours, they called us to tell us that they did not have the part! For me, that is disgusting!
