I was disappointed when he wasn't at work on Monday when we came back to buy our new car. Meeting and dealing with Bernard Brice changed my disappointment into a great car-buying experience! Bernard quickly put me at ease and I was impressed in his honesty and dedication while selling me my new car last Monday. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but Bernard helped to redefine the stereotype. Thank you, Mr. Brice, so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that hours long process not as stressful as it otherwise could have been.
